Who needs to be involved?
The CEO or COO for the kickoff and the readout, and 5 to 8 people who do the work in the departments we pick together. Interviews are 60 minutes each and recorded, so nothing is lost between the diagnostic, or AI audit, and what comes after.
What if we do not go ahead with you?
You keep the roadmap. The readout is yours either way, and the $5,000 is credited in full to Adopt only if you go ahead.
How is the number behind each step worked out?
From your own numbers, on the conservative half of every estimate, with a range rather than a point figure. Where the freed hours go is agreed with you in the readout, and that becomes the baseline we report against later.
What are the founding slots?
The first two diagnostics at companies of 50 to 300 people run at $2,500 instead of $5,000. In return you agree, in writing before we start, to a named case study with real numbers, a short video testimonial and two introductions.
