The founderJay Oswal
Jay Oswal is the founder of Helix AI, an AI transformation partner for companies of 50 to 300 people. Helix finds where AI actually pays, gets teams using the tools they already own, builds only what those tools can't do, and runs it with the client for the year. Every engagement starts with the diagnostic: two to three weeks of interviews with the people who do the work, and a readout presented live with working demos and every step priced.
What Helix does
Most companies of 50 to 300 people already pay for AI: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini for Google Workspace, ChatGPT or Claude licences that few people use well. Meanwhile the work still lives in a few people's heads: the follow-ups, the reporting, the knowledge nobody wrote down. Helix works on both, in three steps.
- Diagnose. Find where AI actually pays, from interviews with the people who do the work, and price every step.
- Adopt. Set up and train each team on the tools the company already owns, write the AI use policy, review licence spend, and build only what those tools can't do, such as a second brain or an AI operating system. Every system ships with a trained owner on the client's team.
- Partner. Twelve months of running it together: a monthly adoption check, a return report against the baseline set in the diagnostic, and a re-diagnosis every quarter.
Helix doesn't resell licences, so the recommendation is whichever tool fits. The client owns everything we build.
How Helix works
- Validated actions, not narrated ones. An agent claiming it sent the email doesn't count. The sent email counts. Every action is checked against its real side-effect.
- Human approval until autonomy is earned. Anything that sends, publishes or spends waits for a named person to approve it. An action type runs on its own only after a sustained low override rate.
- Your stack, your data, your numbers. Built on the tools the business already uses, measured on the business's own metrics, not a vendor dashboard. One-click revocation, and every runbook stays with the client on exit.
- Run on our own company first. Helix itself runs on the same second brain and agent patterns it sells. What you buy is what runs this company.

No logo wall. Judge the work directly:
- Case studies: a full diagnostic built from a client's own records, an Indian music school where 259 enquiries became 2 enrolments and 177 paid-for leads were dropped.
- The Operating Brain: an explorable demo of a real business second brain, with a cold-vs-brain comparison you can run yourself and the full build method as a free guide.
