1. Who we are
Helix AI is an independent agency operated by Jay Oswal, based in India. We design and deploy multi-agent AI operating systems for ecommerce brands. The data controller for this Site is Helix AI. Contact: jay@helixai.agency.

2.1 Information you provide
When you submit the AI Profit Scorecard, request a free audit, or contact us directly, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, brand or website URL, and your responses to scorecard questions (self-reported scores and notes about your operations).
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard log data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is used for security, performance, and aggregate traffic analysis.
2.3 Client engagement data
If you engage Helix AI to build or operate an AI system for your brand, you may grant us access to third-party platforms you use (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Gorgias). The scope of access, what we read, and what we write back are governed by a separate written services agreement with you. We only access what is necessary to deliver the engagement.

- To respond to your inquiry, deliver your scorecard results, or run your free audit.
- To send follow-up communication relevant to your inquiry. You can opt out at any time.
- To deliver, operate, monitor, and improve the services we provide to clients.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information to train public AI models. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA / UK)
We process personal information on the following legal bases: (a) your consent, when you submit a form or opt in to communications; (b) performance of a contract, when we deliver services you have engaged us to provide; (c) legitimate interests, in operating, securing, and improving the Site; and (d) legal obligation, where applicable.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses a small number of cookies and local storage entries strictly for functionality (e.g. remembering your scorecard progress) and aggregate analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this domain by default. If a marketing pixel is enabled on a specific landing page (e.g. the scorecard), it will be disclosed in the page source and respect your browser's tracking-protection settings.
6. Data retention
We keep lead and inquiry data for as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected, and as required for our legal and accounting obligations. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 9). Client engagement data is retained per the terms of your services agreement.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including TLS in transit, access controls, and encrypted secrets — to protect information we hold. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, please email jay@helixai.agency.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to external sites (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter/X, scheduling tools). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for them.
